Following an outstanding season which resulted in our team being promoted to the Premier League, it is now time for Fulham Football Club to listen to the fan's demands and finally create a safe standing area at Craven Cottage. The current policy does not allow anyone standing anywhere in the stadium effectively compromising the efforts that most supporters put in when attending home games. Allowing fans to stand in a safe, allocated area from which they can be seen and heard is going to be more important than ever as we face what is going to be a very difficult season for Fulham. The opening of the new stand should free up some space in both ends which could now be used to create a safe environment for those who are willing to stand up, sing and cheer for their team without affecting those who would rather sit and enjoy the match in a different way. We all believe this is now a very important and urgent matter and we hope Fulham Football Club can take the necessary measures to fullfil the fan's requests. Undoubtedly, the support that such an area could generate for the team is going to be of the essence when facing Premier League's teams and supporters.
