The expansion is causing considerable stress, having to look for a new car and making a lot of older cars devalue due to ulez criteria. If I cant afford to buy a newer car, how can I afford to pay the daily charge.  Due to the pandemic, money is already hard to obtain. The majority of cars that are being targeted are diesel cars, and the government was promoting them in the first place as environmental cars and pushing the public to obtain these cars instead of petrol. 

You can't say its for the environment because if everyone decided to pay the daily charge the pollution would still be there. Its more about the money. Please stop taking the enjoyment out of driving and stop making life more harder for the public. 

When you was making the decision to expand you most have forseen that its gonna hit lower income families hard, and introducing a scrap scheme for up to £2000 on a car that cost £12000  a year before and only devaluing once again due to uleaz criteria.
