I am an American citizen and general manager of a family owned vape shop in Sacramento, California. Right now we and our right to choose are under attack. They are proposing to ban all flavors of E-liquid as well as equating vaping with smoking combustible, traditional cigarettes. This is an injustice and disservice to all adults who have quit smoking with the assistance of vaping as well as those who have never smoked and use vaping as an alternative to traditional medications. They are trying to say that the only purpose of flavors is to target children. This is a complete and utter fallacy and there are numerous studies that refute this. They are also trying to say that vaping leads to smoking which is also an outright lie and there are scientific studies that can conclusively support our stance. They have already created the legislation to enact these things and without our intervention and our voices speaking up for our rights, will place them into law as of the 28th of August 2018. We need your help and support to stop this from becoming a reality. Please, join your voice to ours, stand up and speak out in support and solidarity with the hundreds of thousands of adults who want to preserve their right to choice. This isn't just about vaping, but about having a viable and healthier alternative to nicotine without all of the carcinogens present in cigarettes. By signing this petition, you are joining and supporting a community that wants to continue to help improve public health and support the right for adults to have a safer alternative to smoking. You are standing up and stating that banning flavors of E-liquid would be a huge mistake and would leave adults who have successfully quit smoking with no viable alternative to traditional cigarettes. It is my belief that a flavor ban would not only be bad for the vaping community, but for public health as well. Billions would be lost in annual tax revenue that could and should be going to our schools and our communities. Flavor choice is very important to adults who want to reduce or quit smoking. I am joining my voice to those fighting to preserve their rights. Stop the flavor ban!

Please, contact them, let them know that we do not agree with this and that we will not sit and remain silent while they take away our rights.
