Media personality Sonia Kruger has demanded an end to Muslim immigration on the Today show. After an avalanche of criticism, she is still defending her words. This racism is not acceptable. Muslims and migrants are not to blame for terrorism and do not make our communities unsafe. It is commentators like Kruger, whose words aim to sow division and hate, that cause harm. By allowing Kruger to get away with comments like this, we are allowing racist hatred to become acceptable. The Nine Network must take a stand and sack Sonia.
