Anthony Seibold may be a lovely person but as the coach of a failing and underperforming Manly Warringah Sea Eagles outfit, he must be removed from his position immediately and a replacement made to begin rebuilding this once great club. 
We have (and have had for a few years) a roster capable of at least playing finals every year if not challenging for top four positions. We have failed to do that. 
2025 has seen a new low - with inconsistency at an all time high. It’s clear Seibold does not have the ability to motivate or drive this team to achieve the heights we as members and supporters expect from our team. 
The proud club has never ‘won’ a wooden spoon. This year we are in SERIOUS danger of achieving that infamous/dubious ‘honour’. 
We, the signers of this petition call on the Manly owners and Managers to take action NOW and replace the coach with another option.
