Erik ten Hag has been a complete disaster for Manchester United. His tactical decisions are beyond baffling, his management of key players is a joke, and the team looks like a shadow of its former self. Week after week, the squad plays with no fire, no creativity, and no direction. It's like he has no idea what he's doing, stumbling through matches with clueless substitutions and ridiculous game plans. 

He's failed to inspire the players, and it’s painfully obvious that the dressing room doesn't respect him. The club’s legendary attacking football is nonexistent under his boring, outdated style, and watching United under him has become an agonizing experience. His transfers have been nothing short of pathetic, wasting millions on flops who contribute nothing. He doesn’t belong in the dugout of a club as massive as Manchester United. He’s run the team into the ground, and it's time for him to pack his bags and get out.
