"Enough is enough. I hope Sabahans will wake up one day and solve this problem. If we love our State, then let's work together to clean and preserve the environment." the State Tourism, Culture and Environment, Minister Masidi Manjun said in an event last sunday.

With such inspiring statement, it is more important than ever to wake up make a stand against the reclamation and excavation project proposed by Tanjung Aru Eco Development (TAED) at Tanjung Aru beach.
Instead of letting TAED excavating and reclaiming the beach and turn it into a private residents, marina and golf course resort, the community need work together to reclaim back Tanjung Aru beach.
Groups like the Society of Wilderness Sabah has started an awareness activities once a month in appreciation and experiencing the beauty of Tanjung Aru beach.
