As everyone knows COVID-19 is very prevalent in today’s society. There have been many confirmed cases in Westchester especially near Mamaroneck. For example schools like Scarsdale, Blind-brook, Masters, Krio, Westchester Day, New Rochelle and Iona have all closed because they care for the health of their students. Mamaroneck High School has some civilians that have been affected by COVID-19 making us that much more prone to this dangerous illness. Many parents in our district agree that the school should be closed due to the easily spread and non-contained virus. We all should do everything we can to prevent a continuous spread of this pressing issue.
