The popularity of veganism is growing rapidly in our country, and school cafeterias need to reflect the diets of all Americans. Vegan and omnivorous students alike, deserve a hot meal for lunch. I am on a mission to get vegan options on the menu at my school, George C. Marshall High School; and eventually on the menus of schools all over FCPS.
