McDonald's, North Close, Aldershot have applied for a variation in their original planning application to allow extended operating hours of 06:00 to 00:00, 7 days a week.

This will negatively impact the quality of life of many residents living close to the restaurant site, further impinging on their right to the peaceful enjoyment of their home/property. 

McDonald's decided to build within a residential area and planning permission was given on the basis of restricted hours of operation because of that.  The rights of their neighbours must be upheld by Rushmoor Borough Council which should reject application 21/00048/REVPP.
