charge master plc which has been supplying electric post for electric car users 

firstly you have to pay £20 for the card to access the charging post each year then  now the posts are free been funded by olev and money been added by the uk government to fund these costs.

this company chargemaster plc is now taking £1.20 for admin charge just to connect to a free post and following prices below

From 1st December 2015 you’ll notice a change in how you are charged using our POLAR instant app. We will be introducing an admin fee of £1.20 per charge for our POLAR instant members, and reducing our hourly rates for chargeable posts (exact costs below). The fixed cost will be applied to every charge that you make, on both free and chargeable posts

Our chargeable posts will have the following costs from 1st December:

13 amp socket: £1.00 per hour
Type 2 socket: £1.50 per hour
Rapid charging: £6.00 per half hour

this is not encouraging british drivers to change to electric
