The Issue
The NHS is available to everyone, whether or not they can afford to pay user charges, or whether they are insurable. The question about whether the NHS could be funded through user charges or insurance is answered here: No it shouldn't. People should not have the added worry of whether they can afford to go to hospital or not. It is one of the inherently good things about Great Britain that health care is free at source for everyone and it needs to stay this way. If the NHS becomes pay to use then there will be even more deaths on David Cameron's hands.
