Lets be the voice for Freddie the seal that sadly lost his life. 
We have all had enough of irresponsible dog owners allowing their dogs to kill or maim the wildlife and our pets.  Recent deaths of deer in Bushy Park and Richmond Park are only a few examples, not to mention of course the sad death of the beautiful seal we all fell in love with.

Yesterday a local dog mauled and killed our neighbour's cat of 16 years in a very vicious attack witnessed by many of us which was just devastating.

This petition is to stop dogs that aren't trained properly and vicious being allowed to be off their leads in public and killing other wildlife animals and domestic animals. To put in heavy fines for anyone who's dog is off their lead and could be a potential danger to others. 

A seal named after Freddie Mercury has been put down after he was left with serious injuries in a dog attack near the River Thames.
Freddie was bitten by a dog on Sunday afternoon and was euthanised on Monday at the South Essex Wildlife Hospital in Tilbury. RIP little fella you will be greatly missed!
