I am having a major problem with the RSPCA in Basingstoke - very rude and unhelpful
The dog was my daughters ex husbands mum and she has been signed her over to the RSPCA, my daughter wants to adopt her as she and her children love the dog.
The RSPCA officer advised me that my daughter would NOT BE ALLOWED to adopt her but wont give me any reason except that she doesn't like cats but my daughter has had the dog at her house and she was fine - all I get is my daughter doesn't meet the criteria and she is not going there!!

Please help us to get Sox back where she is loved and will be looked after
