Dear Readers,

In my last update (Aug 25 2023) I told you that I was waiting for a reply from the NSW Anti Corruption Commission (ICAC) regarding my complaint to them of possible corruption in the NSW Government and their relationship with the RSPCA NSW.

I have now heard and unfortunately they have decided not to investigate my concerns. They have stated `the Commission will not investigate your concerns as the information before the Commission is limited in supporting a likelihood of corrupt conduct in the manner you describe’.

Of course this email from ICAC is very disappointing to me, and I should now like to publish their reply.

However, it is stamped OFFICIAL:Sensitive – NSW Government. This is in red lettering and I now need to contact ICAC to see if I am allowed to publish their statement in full. I will also be asking them about what information is needed for them to start an investigation!
