This is distressing on all levels i.e. it was extremely distressing for the poor kittens that slowly perished in the hot sun, distressing to the Mother and other cats present that could do nothing to help as the kittens cried out for care and attention. Distressing to us when we tried ;to help but were unable to. It is distressing to all taxpayers to know that the organisation which is funded in part by tax payer dollars has failed in their duty of care to these cats. Distressing to the private donors of the RSPCA NSW whose donation monies appear not to be utilised to help all animals great and small! This cruelty displayed by the animal hoarder Richard McCudden does not demonstrate his love/care for animals. The RSPCA NSW could have taken action to prevent this sad occurence.. Shame on you RSPCA NSW.
