Please read my correspondence to the RSPCA NSW of Nov 15. I have not had a response. This is the type of co operation i have been faced with. 4 November 2015 Re: Today's inspection of Camp Kitty, 230 Conimbla Road, Cowra, NSW 2794 Attn. Inspector Tony, RSPCA NSW Regarding your visit to Camp Kitty this morning and our subsequent conversation, you have given me the impression that you have concerns with the validity of some of the photos and statements (which highlights the ongoing animal cruelty at Camp Kitty) that have been sent to the RSPCA. Would you please provide me with a list of the photos and written statements that you believe needs to be verified in the presence of a Magistrate or other authorised person of your choosing and I will obtain the necessary verification as a matter of priority. Regarding your statement “how did (I) know that the cat was dead? Having observed this animal lying in the same spot for whole day and into the night, the odour and the blow flies that were hovering around, one can reasonably conclude that the cat was either dead, dying, sick or paralysed. It s my reasonable impression that the cat was dead. I also wish to record that once more (I have brought to the attention of the RSPCA through yourself) that I consider the fate that befell the cat which died at Camp Kitty, was left to rot and was partially eaten by other cats did infringe POCTA. You seemed unsure that this situation was covered by the Act. Would you please clarify to me in writing, what Act and the relevant sections of the Act that applies to that scenario? You have said that information regarding ongoing investigations are confidential, we need feedback on the information we provide which may be used as proof of cruelty being committed. I also confirm that you were invited to speak with the person who took the photos and you declined stating that you were “too busy”, Regards, Keith
