On the 23rd of October around 23:00 GMT, Cleo the eight years old cat was attacked in Pelsall by a cruel and ruthless individual who set his dog on Cleo. This took place outside of the owner’s home. The owner was able to catch the individual’s identity on CCTV and the RSPCA and West Midlands Police have appealed for anyone to come forward with information about the attack. This is such a distressing situation and this individual needs to be caught and justice needs to happen for the owner!
