Stop Dreambox In Our School District

Stop Dreambox In Our School District
The Issue
Hello my name is Conan and I am a fourth grader who attends school at Elsa England in RRISD. My goal is to remove Dreambox as a required assignment from RRISD. (Dreambox is a math program for kids and a required assignment from rrisd). This change may help kids complete more school work in shorter periods of time and have less stress and work to do. Dreambox is most effective in lower grades according to reviews from multiple websites that include:https://www.g2.com/products/dreambox/reviews and https://www.homeschoolbuyersco-op.org/dreambox-learning-testimonials
As you can see most of those positive reviews are from teachers or parents that have children from K-2 grade. Dreambox can also save our school district a lot more money that can be used for other purposes like better or more learning equipment for school. Dreambox could be used for something like that. Now I will admit that Dreambox may be fun for younger audiences, but it can be extremely frustrating for older ages in elementary school.I propose to remove it or make it optional so the ones who need extra help can do it at their own time instead of pressuring kids to do more work at once. The main problem I see with Dreambox is that its instructions are not very clear. For example,In a math problem once, I had no idea that Dreambox works on a 24 hour clock and that frustrates me. Dreambox is also very tedious. For many of the games it requires very precise estimates and guesses which is annoying because its just a guess or estimate, and can be far off from the answer. If I were to get Dreambox canceled I would use Kahoot instead. The teacher can set up small assignments every week and that's it. As you probably know Kahoot is very popular at many schools because it seems fun and rewarding. I do not mean any disrespect to the devlopers of Dreambox and people who have helped make it, but I think it is not very helpful for older ages and it can get boring and frustrating.
