Many of the instances where our Royal Mail post is delayed, there is a Postman/Postwoman signed off work with Depression, Anxiety and physical injury, likely as a consequence of the workplace bullying they endure at the hands of their employers.

Since the privatisation of Royal Mail, your Postman/postwoman has faced a workplace now infiltrated with a bully culture, with nowhere to turn. 

It is not just a case of being bullied and threatened to point of sickness, it is then having to fight for the time to get better, with constant harassment from Management. 

With no support and an employer who dismisses both the physical and mental health of their employees (even with sick notes), we must stand by our Postmen/Postwomen and help them regain the Employee Rights they have lost. 

The failures of this company to protect their employees are monumental, in 2020, we must speak for those who can't. We must drive a change in the immoral and unethical treatment of staff. 

Royal Mail face a duty to improve conditions for their Postal Workers. Noone should suffer in silence in the workplace and with no action being taken to irradicate the issues, voices need to be heard.
