Child Sex Offender IAN BURTON was found guilty & charged accordingly. He had his 1st appeal knocked back yet is given the right to another. He is a convicted child sex offender. Semen DNA evidence was present when convicted of numerous accounts on 2 separate young girls. He is also to be released September 2016(tag if on GOOD behaviour)Feb 2017 back into the same community as he victims! BURTON showed no remorse throughout trial even 'Slow Clapping' the judge when sentence passed. He has refused any council King or courses as set out before being released back to the community, yet he still has a right to another appeal. Wasting OUR tax payers money & time. The impact the girls will have when BURTON is released will be hurrendous enough with out it being made any earlier. Review needs to be in place to stop CONVICTED CHILD SEX OFFENDERS being given the right to appeal. There victims don't get a right to ever forget what they went thru!
