The ndis system is so flawed,  it needs to be investigated and the criminals who are committing fraud and stealing funds of disabled people need to be exposed.  Providers an clients who are stealing tax payers money need to be punished for their actions. We need this done now before clients who actually need the funds are left without the necessary help an treatments.  Thankyou.
