Royal Air Maroc to return the luggage of customers & be reviewed/banned

The Issue

Royal Air Maroc left our baggage behind and completely disappeared (fake numbers, no people, no replies to emails)

I am writing as I flew with Royal Air Maroc from London on 28th December 2019 and 8 of my checked in bags are currently missing.

My family and I have landed in Lagos and 8 of our bags are missing and tracked to Casa Blanca (when we checked online). There was no pre warning, no Royal Air Maroc representative to inform us and no one to inform us on how we will get our bags back at the airport. We have since sent 4 emails and called the number given by airport staff over 20 times - with no answer. The numbers on their official website are registering as "do not exist" when called.

To make matters worse, we only found out that our bags were not on the flight when the conveyor belt stopped. Over 30 passengers left without their belongings and an airport staff member had to inform us no further luggage was transported.

Issue 2: I witnessed and suffered bullying, abusive behaviour by Royal Air Maroc staff members towards myself and my family and extending to other non-Caucasian travellers. Starting from the lady at the check in who threatened to not let us board if we didn't check in our unlocked hang luggage despite us being within the set limitations and expressing that we had valuables and medication in our bags.
This escalated further when two male staff members assaulted male passengers for their luggage. Only to then discover once we got to Lagos that half of checked in luggage was left behind.

The airline is clearly going over its
capacity, and demonstrating belittling, negligent behaviour that I doubt they would conduct if they felt their clientel were able to escalate it to the appropriate authorities.

I am yet to hear from the airline.
Flight AT555
Baggage missing/ tracked to Casablanca: 8 tracking no longer available.

In terms of personal consequence as a result of this incident - my family are left without more than half our luggage.
Like many other passengers, my final destination is at least 8 hour drive from the airport - this experience with Royal Air Maroc has caused severe emotional stress, as well as the significant logistical and financial consequences of buying some urgent replacements and paying for extra transportation for the bags should they arrive.

Unfortunately we are far from the only passengers this has happened to, including a lady who's wedding dress is currently in the wind.

It is clear that they are behaving like this because they don't think they can be held accountable - I'd like to change that, if for nothing else, to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
