The Rotorua Stockcar Club, https://www.facebook.com/RotoruaStockcar have as their club symbol, the confederate flag. This flag has for more than a century been a symbol of the enslavement, murder and persecution of Africans and African Americans.

It is the symbol of the very movement that fought a war to try and guarantee slavery continued in the USA.

Despite pressure to remove the flag as their club symbol they continue to defend its use, therefore more pressure is needed to encourage them to remove the flag as their club symbol.
