Rotherham Council is failing in their duty as the regulator to challenge the following planning conditions contained within the Droppingwell Tip permit.

1) Asking the tipping operator before tipping commences, how they can comply with the height restrictions of the tipping when it cannot be levelled with the overtipped existing tip when the tipping is finished?  

2) Explaining why the tipping operator is being allowed to commence tipping from a point on-site that contradicts the planning evidence supplied to the Council that suggests another point should be used.

3) Explaining why they have allowed the tipping operator to take more than 5 acres out of cultivation at any one time on the site when the conditions forbid this.

Rotherham Council is always claiming their opposition to this going ahead. Yet they are constantly facilitating the tipping operator whilst making no challenges whatsoever.
