Ross Dress for Less has now implemented a change to their store hours, opening at 8am and closing at 12am. The company is failing to recognize that their is still a pandemic going on. Even the local Walmart and Target in my area close at 10pm (latest 11pm in good areas). Not only is the company putting their employees at risk of the virus for an extended amount of time , but they aren’t recognizing coming out this late makes us vulnerable to attacks. 

Most Ross stores lie in plaza’s some that are at times hidden. It’s not right to close as late at 12am, having to stay later to pick up any thing left by the last customers. It makes the store and employees easy targets for theft. This highlights that the company not only doesn’t care for their employees, but is money hungry. If Walmart and Target close at 10 (latest 11), and Ross is the only store open in a plaza there is a problem. 

SIGN THIS PETITION FOR EMPLOYEES for Ross to consider their health and safety during these times. There must be a change to these hours, Barbara and corporate Ross must recognize the dangers of closing this late during a pandemic.
