This monster sexually assulted 2 little girls under the age of 5. He was in prison in 2002 for a seperate crime involving a sexual act with another minor child, he was sentenced to 3 years. This week he was sentenced in Ross County Common Pleas Court to another 3 years for the new convictions, one of his victims (his own child) was only 2 months old when he sexually assulted her he gave her an STD which caused her to have severe lifelong medical illnesses, such as LSG, cebrel palsy, epilepsy, an seisures, and those are just a few. This innocent child has to have round the clock care, she will never have a normal life she is in a wheelchair, has to have test ran on her all the time, has to have a special diet, is constantly in the hospital fighting for her life, while he gets a 3 year sentence. She has to suffer for the rest of her life and he only loses 3 years of his? Where is the justice in that? Please I am asking anyone who believes that there has been a great injustice where these innocent children are concerned to sign this petition. He needs a life sentence this little girl got one when she was just 2 months old he should get one to.
