Please note that our few school students from Rosehaven Manor have been in the student count since about 2012, so the concerns about school capacity was unfounded.  It is only 102 houses.  

The verbal brutalism in the public hearing last night from MC to Wormald in the hearing was baseless and inappropriate.  Look at the original petition here on change.org to see the true story.   

We are thankful that five of the seven Council Members understand fairness and understand the County's part in missing the open/close/alter petition deadline in the first place.
