Ladies and gentlemen, it is official- the perfect wing sauce has been crafted. It has a blend of sweet and spicy, tangy and tart. It's as strong as a cabernet, and as sweet as a sangria. The sauce is called Burnin' Blackberry, mixing both sweet and savory blackberries and the infamous, nerve-racking Carolina Reaper pepper. Although it contians the hottest pepper known to mankind, the sauce wasn't overly spicy- similar in heat to their Korean BBQ sauce. The berries and the peppers blended flawlessly to create the supreme sauce, which only belongs on truly superior food- Roosters chicken wings. Words cannot describe how marvelous this sauce was. You have to try it for yourself to understand how magical it is. I wouldn't be writing a petition about it if it was anything less.

The problem is, the sauce is gone. Gone like your paycheck, four days after payday. Sales must not have been great with it. But there's an easy solution to it- put the sauce on the menu next time. Yep- you read that right. They never put it on the main menu. They only put it on a small "testing menu" that very few people actually looked at. Once the pandemic hit and they removed all the physical menus from the table, nobody could see it as an option! The digital menu and paper menus didn't have the testing menu on them.

The tastiest sauce in recorded human history is now just sitting in a coma waiting to be brought back.  And only Roosters has the ability to do so. 

Roosters has a moral obliation as the unofficial record holders for best sauce to bring back this masterpiece on their main menu and allow everyone to experience it.
