Get Manhunt 2 on Steam

I for the longest time have wanted to play Manhunt 2 and for some reason, there's almost no way to play it on PC. I want the uncensored version, not a horribly censored version like the Wii, PS2, and PSP ports. Please, help me get the game on Steam.
