Crossplay between consoles and pc is in my opinion important and it can be beneficial for players and the developer. Many games that are popular right now are crossplay (Fortnite, Rocket League and COD warzone). It sucks to play Gta 5 alone and all of your friends are playing together on another console or pc. Its even worse when there is for example a new heist that you can't do it alone.
