Over the past election term, Board Member Lowell Fulk has utilized social media, primarily Facebook, as a means to publically spew hate. 

As an elected official who controls the future of our children, it is important that a School Board member shows compassion for children and their families, and acceptance of all beliefs and lifestyles, including but not limited to political affiliation. 

Most recently, Fulk's post in regards to the death of Rush Limbaugh, reflect a hostility and hatred which should not be displayed by someone who is governing children. This is only one of many similar posts stemming back to the SRES redistricting battle in 2019, in which he publically used social media platforms to spread negativity and insults against those with differing views of his, in partnership with co-member Dan Breeden. 

The behavior of this man needs to be addressed, and we are formally asking he immediately and respectfully step down from the Rockingham County Public School Board.
