Last year alone, the Rochester Animal Control organization euthanized over 1,000 pit bulls. The organization disposes the healthy young and old dogs into garbage bags, puts them in freezers and then dumps them in landfills.

Changing this horrific reality is everyone's responsibility. The government is not doing it.
