Roblox's moderation is known to have a bad reputation, whether it's people getting unjustly banned or receiving warnings in foreign languages, something needs to be said and done. Let's begin with some situations that influenced me to create this petition: 

• I experienced a wave of false DMCA claims, Roblox failed to properly investigate the situation. I have multiple legal strikes and now I am considering to make this a legal dispute, even approaching the FBI as the person sending the strikes is using false legal information and impersonating people. I have gotten a 3-day ban, which can escalate to permanent. 
• Wasteds, an extremely reputable developer (thousands would vouch immediately for him) who's been playing Roblox since he was 7 and Roblox being his primary source of income got falsely terminated. Roblox administrators ignored every appeal and thousands of people protested against the irrelevant ban, his games came to an accumulation of 100,000,000 visits. 
• A Roblox game known as Magic Kingdom Theme Park got a false DMCA strike from a rouge ex-developer, Roblox failed to investigate the case and locked the game up quickly. 
• Multiple clothing designers get strikes for "inappropriate content", a notable ban of a large designer due to this claim was Sadurn. 

Thousands of other's face unfair punishment, sadly they don't have a platform large enough to make it public and inform other's. I want this petition to be a voice for the silenced, Roblox needs to change their shush and hush policy where they as a company cannot ban for no reason. They should be liable to some point if the ban explanation is flawed, especially if the victim is losing thousands if not millions of dollars in income due to the false ban. Roblox is a platform that is run on freelance developers, Roblox is a billion dollar company due to these developers. Many of these developers do not get the proper protection, Roblox TOS only works one way and it's just keeping them from not being liable for anything. Looking at this situation from a different perspective, it seems like Roblox doesn't care about their players. 

Let's begin with what should be changed: 

• Roblox's email system sucks, the replies are probably robots or minimum wage working staff that get told to copy paste responses. We need a better method of reaching Roblox, whether it be a live chat with a moderator or a hotline. A game called IMVU has a live chat for people who buy their monthly subscription "VIP", Roblox should introduce this too because they're paying customers are at risk due to flawed moderation. 
• Roblox's appeal system should be run by professionals, who can properly investigate the situation and comment on proof provided by the victim who got the false moderation. 
• If you are a developer on the developer exchange program, Roblox should have more outlets for you to reach out for help. A barrier of better protection, warnings if an account ban is being considered. These people rely off of Roblox to pay for bills, food and livelihood.

In my opinion, something of this flawed magnitude deserves to be covered by news agencies. This is a massive company, 75% of America's children play this game and they don't have a functioning moderation system. This means everyone who plays this game is at financial risk, Roblox has no liability in anything. Spent a lot of money on robux? Who cares! We don't need to tell you why you got banned, bye bye.
