As a part of the roblox community, I can agree that the roblox filter is somewhat annoying at times when your trying to say an ordinary word and it gets censored. I feel like it's only fair that at the age of 13 the player should have the filter removed from their account, however, for younger(13-) players it will still show as hashtags if they say something filtered, but older(13+) players will be able to see the words and/or numbers. I also feel like older players are mature enough not to share their address or age.
