To The CEO of Vista Equity Partners Robert Smith

Mr. Smith, I applaud you on your accomplishments and your benevolence. However, I reach out to you via this public forum, because I can not reach you any other way, to say please stop your companies from using Forced Arbitration on employees who file complaints of racial or sexual harassment. Please stop the men who work for you, at companies in the Vista Equity Portfolio, from pushing out these workers, or 'shoving them out' which is a more apt term, and then offering money to these workers in exchange for their SILENCE in how they were treated. You are a powerful person. But you have men working for you who are rotten to their core. These employees are bruised, battered and  beaten down by your high powered corporate lawyers and the threats of civil suit if they should break their NDA's. Hearing Racial slurs, Being passed over for promotions when they are qualified, being threatened and harassed, simply for being black, or being gay, is wrong. The lawyers hired by your firm have expressed the desire to silence the workers to uphold the image of rotten, corrupt managers and your firm, instead of stopping this behavior. STOP THIS. IT VIOLATES BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS.
