OCTOBER 1 IS DRAWING NEAR

Good evening, I am sorry to say that we don't have much to report. We are awaiting confirmation of a mediation date to negotiate DCNR's decision not to renew the contract despite the terms outlined therein. We have attempted to reach terms acceptable to both parties for the continued operation of Gulf Adventure Center/Hummingbird Ziplines to no avail. Hopefully we have good news to deliver soon. Again, thank you for your continued support. Your heartfelt comments have proven motivational during our efforts. Christy
