The official fee description states:

CAMPUS FEE
The campus fee is charged to all full-time and part-time students on each regional campus (New Brunswick, Newark, Camden) in order to support student enhancement programs, services, and facilities, which complement and support the academic experience, such as health services, recreation centers, student centers, student events and concerts, campus buses, and athletics, among others. Part-time students are charged a smaller amount because the fee for part-time students does not include health services coverage and athletic event tickets.

OFF-CAMPUS FEE
Off-campus and fully online students are charged an off-campus fee which is significantly lower than the campus and school fees charged to on-campus undergraduate students.  The off-campus fee funds the additional costs borne by our schools to provide educational programs and related services to distant students, as well as resources such as the libraries and career services.

Considering we now fit the description of "off-campus and fully online students" we should be charged the significantly lower fee instead of the full $1347 campus fee we are being charged. If not, then we should be pro-rated a refund!
