The Issue
Nando's are opening a new restaurant in Darlington at the end of March. However, they have decided not to serve Halal food.
The nearest Halal compliant Nando's is in Newcastle, over 30 miles away, and as Darlington is very multicultural we urge Nando's UK and their CEO to reconsider the decision.
Halal food can be eaten by people of all backgrounds and religions.
