California Attorney General
- Rapper Eric Wright ( Eazy-E ) was married on his death bed in 1995 to a woman who was NOT the mother of all of his 11 children.
- And through this marriage, his entire estate was signed over exclusively to her. And his children born before their marriage were legally denied any access to their birth-right.
- We feel that a law should be crafted to prevent this from happening.
- This is the concept behind the Eazy E Act | to ensure that marriage contracts can not deny children from inheriting a percentage of their parents estate.
- It would Specifically deny granting full control of the estate to the deceases wife or husband if he or she is of No Blood Relation to all of the children involved.
