The Issue
*JUSTICE-JUSTICE -JUSTICE*
*RNA VIVA , MIRA ROAD HOME BUYERS (400+)* WANT JUSTICE AND HOMES
● 2010: Most Home Buyers Booked Flat in RNA VIVA of RNA Corp.
Nov 2010 to May 2014: Most Paid approx amount Rs 38 lacs each .
Additionally Paid Rs. 15 lacs towards VAT / GST.
Total Rs. 40-45 lacs approx has been paid by most Home buyers.

● *Major Home buyers have paid 90% amount of the agreement amount of flat to RNA Corp* ( corporate debtor
● 2013: Agreement for Sale executed with RNA Corp pvt Ltd
●.2013: Registered and stamp duty paid with Registrar Thane govt. of Maharashtra, Maharashtra.
● *Possession of flat promised by RNA CORP PVT LTD: mid-2014*
● *90 % of these flats are ready. It would take about 7-9 months to complete to hand over the flats to home buyers.*
● It is to be noted , when someone buy ownership flats he pays on the basis of Cost of Land, construction and margin of builders
● where is the question of financing by bank and any other entity.
● Banks have given loan to some home buyers for same project and the bank is also filing a case against the Builder of same project and project is held up leaving most Home buyers without thier home
● 26.12.2019 : The company went to NCLT and R P has been appointed.
● AMRAPALI CASE: Land Mark Judgement of S C and proceedings in
*AMRAPALI CASE where landmark judgement is given that first homes to be completed and given to home buyers.*

● NON COOPERATION BY RNA CORP. why NCLT and R P has not taken action against them.
●Why Creditors **not recovered thier dues from Corporate Debtor's personal properties,* ?
● Amrapali group , at particular stage they were also not cooperating .
What action has been taken for tracing and recovery of funds misappropriated and siphoned money since 2010 to 26.11.19?
● Our submission is as under;
A.RNA VIVA *HOME BUYERS ANS FAMILIES* have put in our hard earned money( life time savings) to have our own home, *we want our homes.*
b. Compensation for mental harassment and agony since 2014.
Please note Many Home buyers are paying towards Bank Home loans.
B Some are on Rental Homes since 2014.
*C. Supreme court has given landmark judgement in case of *AMRAPALI* *.
● The Learned court set aside all the Banks, Financial institutions and gave the decision in its order in *favour of Home *buyers.**Completion of Homes**
● At the Dead End of the CIRP nothing has been done to complete our homes which requires about 6-9 months to *complete all the Wings Of RNA VIVA .*
● We request Honourable Supreme Courts kind attention to Plight of RNA VIVA Home Buyers and intervention of Highest ministrial Authority at Centre and State Government to *Help us with the JUSTICE and provide us our own Home*
