Anna was a beautiful fun, loving, caring, generous, full of life mother of a teenage boy. Many, many people loved her, she was very popular and well known, especially for being so full of life & warm hearted.  
On the afternoon of November 12, 2017 at 3:15 pm Anna was gunned down by a Male who was driving a black Dodge Charger. With her, was her then, boyfriend who hasn’t been willing to talk or help get this beautiful life the justice she deserves. 
This evil act was caught on camera by neighboring cameras. in the video, you can see a man get out, fire shots, get back into the vehicle and speed away. Law enforcement are aware of this footage and to my understanding have a copy of it.
riverside county law enforcement have been sitting on their hands since November 12, 2017. Annas Family has had no answers, nor have had much contact with authorities. 
Anna’s death was never properly notified to her family, nor was she ever “formally identified” by any family member. Detectives never went to the home of her family to properly notified them of her death. The family was never questioned or talked to by investigators. Authorities just made all assumptions, but as their job duties these steps still should have been taken. 

Annas Family went to council meetings to bring up the murder of Anna to the city council to get some attention. 
During one meeting, the family caught the attention from the police chief it was then that he picked up his phone during that city council meeting to call the lead detective & notify him to talk with the family. 
Annas family was also asked to please not speak during “community comments” & that the detective would be calling in the next few minuets. Why should the city police not want to bring this murder to the councils attention?? 
why should it take a family member to stand before a council to grab the attention of those who hold power to help get this Beautiful soul some Justice?? 

Detectives have a “person of interest”. 
Detectives also have the actual vehicle in the video that is shown to be the vehicle that was driven when this homicide occurred. 
why has the owner of that vehicle not been questioned?? 
why has it been hard for Detectives to reach out to this Grieving Family to ensure them they will do everything they can to help bring closure and justice?? Many questioned remain unanswered. This case remains at a stand still and Nothing has been moved forward. 

Annas last words were “call 911 I’m dieing”. No family member should ever have to be told their loved ones last words were to call for help, they are dieing. This Perpetrator needs to be caught, convicted & sentenced for this vicious criminal act. Let’s get him off the streets and behind bars.
