Speeding has been an issue in RiverOaks for a while now, the speed limit is 25MPH and constantly people are going well over 40 on multiple occasions. Including delivery services like UPS and Amazon. There are tons of kids and residents outside who play or just like to go for walks and a speeding vehicle is dangerous in a small neighborhood.
