I believe that Rishi Sunak should implement a windfall tax on the excessive profits generated by those people who have supplied PPE and services to the Government during COVID.

The Government did not properly oversee the process and a large amount of tax payer money has been squandered.

This money could be recovered if the Government were to do what I suggest.
