The whole program of reform throughout the UK is costing to much to be viable, the cost of consultants is not value for money with contracts failing. Most are inadequace. unprofessional or just corrupt. Creating poverty for most is unacceptable and the possible saving have never been achieved, money is written off on most projects. No one is held responsible for these losses. Why, who costed, controlled these projects. The quangos created are not economical, accountable, transparent never achieving goals, close them down. Most bodies tasked to oversee government departments doesn’t work. Making losses even greater. Accountability is needed now.
