This decision is stupid. Miss Fortune is a popular champion and did not get a skin in 2020. They can keep Jarvan or someone else exclusive to Wild Rift. She does not have new animations and legendary skins, but they gave her a legendary skin only special to wild rift. We have been waiting for this skin for years, do not take it away from us. 

Do not make special skins by ripping off from existing skin lines in League, this is just frustrating for the players and ruins the skin universe. Make special skins by creating unique skin lines and universes for wild rift. Pick the special champion better, a champion who gets a lot of content like ahri, yasuo, lux etc. MF players have already been waiting for a new skin for over a year. Fix it.
