We, the undersigned, are deeply troubled by the persistent lack of regular power supply in our community. This ongoing issue not only disrupts our daily lives but also threatens our fundamental right to live in a safe and secure environment. Access to consistent electricity is not a luxury but a necessity that affects our health, safety, and overall well-being.

Just check the above said notice by Government and think what the companies like PGVCL are doing . 

The irregular power supply has resulted in numerous challenges:

Health and Safety Concerns: Essential medical equipment and facilities are compromised during power outages, endangering lives and health outcomes.

Educational Impacts: Students face interruptions in their studies, affecting their academic performance and future opportunities.

Economic Losses: Businesses endure operational disruptions, impacting employment opportunities and economic growth in our community.

Quality of Life: Everyday activities such as cooking, communication, and transportation are hindered, diminishing our quality of life.

We cannot accept this situation any longer. It is imperative that immediate action be taken to address these critical issues. We call upon the responsible authorities to:

Invest in Infrastructure: Upgrade and maintain power distribution infrastructure to ensure reliable service.

Enhance Transparency: Provide clear communication about scheduled outages and restoration timelines.

Accountability: Hold accountable those responsible for the inefficient management of electricity distribution.

Initiate action on the Power Companies as per the rule The Electricity (Rights of Consumers) Rules, 2020 The Below said rules is totally being neglected by companies like PGVCL  which is being published under the Consumer Rules 

Reliability of supply.- (1) The distribution licensee shall supply 24x7 power to all consumers.
However, the Commission may specify lower hours of supply for some categories of consumers like  agriculture.

 

We demand for a strict action against electricity companies which is not doing there duty and the consumers are being harrassed by daily power cuts and giving unjustifiable clarification.

We urge all residents who share our concerns to join us in signing this petition. Together, let us assert our right to reliable electricity supply, essential for our health, safety, and overall well-being. Your signature is crucial in demonstrating our collective determination to secure a better quality of life for ourselves and future generations.

हम, नीचे हस्ताक्षरकर्ता, अपने समुदाय में नियमित बिजली आपूर्ति की लगातार कमी से बहुत परेशान हैं। यह जारी समस्या न केवल हमारे दैनिक जीवन को बाधित करती है बल्कि सुरक्षित और संरक्षित वातावरण में रहने के हमारे मौलिक अधिकार को भी खतरे में डालती है। लगातार बिजली की उपलब्धता एक विलासिता नहीं बल्कि एक आवश्यकता है जो हमारे स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा और समग्र कल्याण को प्रभावित करती है।

 

सरकार द्वारा जारी उपरोक्त नोटिस को देखें और सोचें कि पीजीवीसीएल जैसी कंपनियां क्या कर रही हैं।

 

अनियमित बिजली आपूर्ति के कारण कई चुनौतियाँ उत्पन्न हुई हैं:

 

स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा संबंधी चिंताएँ: बिजली कटौती के दौरान आवश्यक चिकित्सा उपकरण और सुविधाएँ प्रभावित होती हैं, जिससे जीवन और स्वास्थ्य को ख़तरा होता है।

 

शैक्षिक प्रभाव: छात्रों को अपनी पढ़ाई में रुकावटों का सामना करना पड़ता है, जिससे उनके शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन और भविष्य के अवसर प्रभावित होते हैं।

 

आर्थिक नुकसान: व्यवसायों को परिचालन संबंधी व्यवधानों का सामना करना पड़ता है, जिससे हमारे समुदाय में रोजगार के अवसर और आर्थिक विकास प्रभावित होता है।

 

जीवन की गुणवत्ता: खाना पकाने, संचार और परिवहन जैसी रोज़मर्रा की गतिविधियाँ बाधित होती हैं, जिससे हमारे जीवन की गुणवत्ता कम होती है।

 

स्वास्थ्य - इसका असर हमारे स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ रहा है क्योंकि बार-बार बिजली कटौती के कारण कई बार उचित नींद नहीं मिल पाती है, जिससे स्वास्थ्य पर बहुत बुरा असर पड़ता है।

 

 आर्थिक नुकसान - बार-बार बिजली कटौती के कारण उपकरण खराब हो सकते हैं, जो कि बहुत महंगा पड़ता है।

 

हम इस स्थिति को अब और स्वीकार नहीं कर सकते। यह जरूरी है कि इन महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों को हल करने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई की जाए। हम जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों से आह्वान करते हैं कि वे:

 

बुनियादी ढांचे में निवेश करें: विश्वसनीय सेवा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए बिजली वितरण बुनियादी ढांचे को अपग्रेड और बनाए रखें।

 

पारदर्शिता बढ़ाएँ: निर्धारित कटौती और बहाली समयसीमा के बारे में स्पष्ट संचार प्रदान करें।

 

उत्तरदायित्व: बिजली वितरण के अकुशल प्रबंधन के लिए जिम्मेदार लोगों को जवाबदेह ठहराएँ।

 

मुआवज़ा: यदि उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा परिसंपत्तियों के नुकसान की रिपोर्ट की जाती है तो बिजली कंपनियों पर मुआवज़ा/जुर्माना होना चाहिए और साथ ही मानकों को बनाए न रखने के लिए मुआवज़ा भी होना चाहिए।

 

प्राधिकरण अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई - यदि बिजली की विफलताएं हैं और अधिकारियों द्वारा उचित लापरवाही पाई जा रही है, तो अधिकारियों के खिलाफ उचित सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए क्योंकि बिजली मानव जीवन में एक महत्वपूर्ण कारक है।

 

नियम के अनुसार बिजली कंपनियों पर कार्रवाई शुरू करें विद्युत (उपभोक्ताओं के अधिकार) नियम, 2020 नीचे दिए गए नियमों की पीजीवीसीएल जैसी कंपनियों द्वारा पूरी तरह से उपेक्षा की जा रही है, जिसे उपभोक्ता नियमों के तहत प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है।

 

 

आपूर्ति की विश्वसनीयता.- (1) वितरण लाइसेंसधारी सभी उपभोक्ताओं को 24x7 बिजली की आपूर्ति करेगा। हालांकि, आयोग कुछ श्रेणियों के उपभोक्ताओं जैसे कृषि के लिए आपूर्ति के कम घंटे निर्दिष्ट कर सकता है। सरकार ने यह नियम बनाया है जिसकी पूरी तरह से अनदेखी की जा रही है

 

 

हम बिजली कंपनियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग करते हैं जो अपना कर्तव्य नहीं निभा रही हैं और उपभोक्ताओं को रोजाना बिजली कटौती और अनुचित स्पष्टीकरण देकर परेशान किया जा रहा है।

 

भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई - कई बार यह पाया गया है कि संबंधित अधिकारी, लाइनमैन आदि कुछ राशि / उपहार के लिए अवैध गतिविधियों का समर्थन कर रहे हैं, अगर ऐसा पाया जाता है तो कर्मचारी के स्तर को देखे बिना सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू की जानी चाहिए क्योंकि बिजली आपूर्ति उद्योगों में भ्रष्टाचार का मतलब मानव जीवन के साथ खिलवाड़ करना है जो अक्षम्य अपराध है।

 

हम उन सभी निवासियों से आग्रह करते हैं जो हमारी चिंताओं को साझा करते हैं कि वे इस याचिका पर हस्ताक्षर करने में हमारे साथ शामिल हों। साथ मिलकर, हम अपने स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा और समग्र कल्याण के लिए आवश्यक विश्वसनीय बिजली आपूर्ति के अपने अधिकार का दावा करते हैं। आपका हस्ताक्षर हमारे और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए बेहतर जीवन स्तर सुनिश्चित करने के हमारे सामूहिक दृढ़ संकल्प को प्रदर्शित करने में महत्वपूर्ण है।
