1. COURT FUNDS: DEADLINE AFTER DEADLINE, ZERO ANSWERS
The court is holding funds I asked to be transferred for the disclosure application. They set deadline after deadline, yet fail to honor any of them.
No reason. No explanation. No regard for their own policy. This is exactly why the MP’s investigation into these court-held funds matters.
Now we’ve been given _another_ 10 working day deadline. That ends Friday, 17 July 2026.
Will the court honor its own deadline this time? Will they follow their own rules?
So far, they haven’t. They missed the last deadline without a word. No acknowledgment that they were late. This is called failure to acknowledge a mistake. No apology. No ownership for their behavior.
This is the pattern: The court sets deadlines. The court ignores deadlines. The court won’t say why. But we will. We’re keeping transparency front and center every week until we get every court date, every document. No stone left unturned.
2. MP INVESTIGATION: SIX WEEK COUNTDOWN TO AUGUST
We are currently within the six week timeframe we anticipate for a response from the MP regarding his investigation into the funds held by the court. This six week period ends in August 2026. The exact date will be published in August 2026.
We have been clear: these funds need to be returned as soon as possible, or applied to the disclosure application without delay. This entire process has, yet again, delayed the wider court proceedings.
Timothy Becker is fully aware of the situation and is monitoring developments closely.
3. WHAT WE’RE FIGHTING FOR
We will keep you posted as we move forward in obtaining disclosure for the release of the post-mortem images and other relevant and related documents.
After over eight years, there has been a failure to release what rightfully and legally belongs to me.
