Update – Good news

The UK court has finally responded. They did not explain why they exceeded their stated deadline, but they have now provided an explanation for why the funds held by the court have not yet been applied to the disclosure application.

We have replied requesting an urgent date for those funds to be issued or applied to the disclosure application. We expect to hear back from the court by 17 July 2026, within 10 working days.

The MP has also kindly contacted the court on our behalf to help establish why the funds have not yet been applied. We will continue to keep the MP fully informed until we receive confirmation of payment and a court case number is issued for the disclosure application.

Something to think about...

What happens when evidence contradicts inquest conclusions?

The law gives next of kin significant authority, which can sometimes prevent other family members from being heard. Families deserve the right to access DNA, medical records, and timely investigation updates of their loved ones. Especially in cases of deceased, terminally ill, and missing persons.

We will keep you posted on all upcoming court dates.

God bless you & your family
