  The court set a deadline!

Homeowners & Renters:  

_The World Economic Forum once wrote: “You’ll own nothing and be happy.”_  

For one Queens, NY veteran, this couldn’t be further from the truth.

The situation:  

A senior veteran inherited the home he grew up in and has lived there for 27+ years.  

A court transferred the property to another party — some say to his sister, who died months after the transfer.  

He is now asking: _“Why are people in my house?”_

He has approximately 6 months to file legal paperwork to contest the transfer. He currently has no attorney.

What we know:  

Police took the report. A court deadline is in effect.

What we’re still verifying:  

1. Whether he had legal representation throughout the entire court proceeding.  

2. The timeline to secure all documents, including police reports.  

3. Reports that an attorney connected to the property was found deceased — unconfirmed.

With two potential deaths linked to this case, transparency matters. The veteran remains in limbo.

The public questions:  

1. Are judges trained to recognize capacity and undue influence issues involving vulnerable seniors?  

2. What specific factors do courts rely on to conclude that a senior understood and voluntarily consented to transferring inherited property — specifically a home the senior has resided in for over two decades?

Why this petition exists:

This petition began in the UK with my own case, launching  Right To Know (UK). It evolved into the  Family Rights Campaign, fighting for transparency in medical records and investigations when families are shut out.  

In the US, that work continues through Pathways To Truth (USA).  

The same principle applies here in Queens, NY: When vulnerable people lose homes, health, or records without answers, transparency is not optional — it’s protection.

1. *Sign* to demand a full, transparent review of this Queens, NY property transfer before the 6-month deadline.
